ASBEES exists to raise the quality of the built environment across Kosovo and the Western Balkans. A central part of that mission is to be a trustworthy, independent voice on legislation, rules and procedures across every sector we cover — and to be the connecting point between public institutions, companies, financing institutions, funds and donors. Our authority rests on evidence, transparency and multidisciplinary expertise, not on position alone.

How we work — independent, transparent, complementary.
ASBEES advocates through evidence and dialogue and promotes voluntary standards and good practice. It is complementary to the statutory Chambers of Engineers and Architects — which license and regulate the professions — and works alongside, not in place of, public authorities. Our positions are backed by published analysis and by conflict-of-interest and independence safeguards, so our voice stays credible with government, members and partners alike.
