The ASBEES evidence base — data, analyses and the sector barometer.
The ASBEES Observatory gathers and publishes independent data and analysis on the built environment in Kosovo and the Western Balkans. Its purpose is to give members, policymakers, financing institutions and donors a shared, credible basis of fact — and to underpin the association’s advocacy with evidence rather than opinion. The programme is being built up in phases; outputs are published here as they are produced.
