Cluster structure
- A Cluster Lead coordinates the cluster’s committees and sits on the Technical Standards Council.
- Sector Committees — one per active sector — each with a charter, an annual work plan and at least one deliverable per year.
- Cross-cutting working groups link shared themes across clusters.
