Founding statement

ASBEES arises from a shared conviction among professionals and companies across Kosovo’s built-environment, engineering, energy and safety sectors: the market needs one credible, multidisciplinary association capable of raising standards and shaping the future of these interlinked industries.

Kosovo is a small, developing market. It cannot sustain many fragmented, single-sector associations; multiplying parallel bodies would dilute resources, scatter expertise and lower the quality of representation. ASBEES is therefore designed as one multisectoral platform that unites professionals, companies, institutions and organisations across sustainable construction, building engineering, energy, water, safety, infrastructure, smart systems and beyond.

ASBEES is established as an independent, non-political platform — owned by its members, not by any single company or interest — and built to last beyond its founders. Once the model is proven in Kosovo, ASBEES will extend cooperation across the Western Balkans.
