Governance & Leadership

Designed for independence, technical credibility and permanence.

ASBEES is registered as a non-profit association under Kosovo law, with capacity for regional and international cooperation. Authority flows from the Members’ General Assembly to an elected Board, with delivery led by the Executive Director through a lean Secretariat and six technical clusters.
