Information you provide through enquiry and membership forms (name, organisation, email, message) and limited technical data (e.g. anonymised analytics, with consent).

4. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, administer membership, deliver services and communicate with members and partners. We do not sell personal data.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@asbees.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

6. Retention & security
