ASBEES develops voluntary technical guidance — model specifications, checklists and good-practice guidelines — aligned with EU directives and adapted to local market conditions. Standards are produced by sector committees, coordinated by the Technical Standards Council and validated by independent review panels.
Voluntary, not statutory. ASBEES guidance complements the statutory chambers and regulators; it does not license or enforce.
